The show's title as given by every online source and the DVD cover is "女スパイ拷問 敵の基地は女体拷問所", but the one we see in the actual video replaces the last symbol 所 (meaning place/chamber) with 女 (woman), which doesn't make any sense, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually a continuation of the sloppiness with which the rest of this OVA was made. Even this encode, sourced from R2J DVD, has a ton of severe audio dropouts.
