Yes, this is an actual doujin, animated on cel by fans in the 90s and distributed from person to person. Naturally, you won't find this in any database. Proxyman who is privy to all the details will probably explain it better in the comments.
As far as I can tell, there exists no DDD capture of this, so the Lain32 version is the best we've got.
Porn doujins are the only piece of eva I'm gonna work on, ever. There exists an [ancient English hardsub](https://www.avxdown.com/view/3349686) for this, recorded on top of a Chinese hardsub, and the mere thought of that kind of arrangement makes me apoplectic, so we resubbed this with a better raw.
While the previously accepted translation of "人類補姦計画" as "Human Rape Project" amused me greatly, I find the "Complementary Fornication Plan" variant that gpt gave me more accurate, while still being decently amusing, so I went with that.

This doujin video has been floating around the net since the mid 2000s as far as I can recall. It was released by a group call BANDITS in 1996 and has been theorized that official Gainax employees worked on it, however, that has never been proven after all these years. Though, I wouldn't completely dismiss that theory as early Gainax was no stranger to sell erotic merch of their series. Let us not forget the Adult Eva artbook, the Pornographic Eva Calendar, and especially the Mahjong Strip game with characters from Eva and Gunbuster. This and the Rayearth doujin video are the only cel animated parody doujins made during this time, and to do this kind of professional high quality work on cels, and to release it a year after the show has started airing in Japan, the people who made this definitely had to be industry animators. I would love to acquire my own tape of this to get a higher quality rip, but the rareity and prices of the tape have gone up over the years. I'm just glad we can preserve this piece of HIGH-QUALITY fanwork for others to enjoy, 30 years after the VHS tapes were distributed.
